Gayosso Legal Solutions provides freelance paralegal and legal support services exclusively to licensed attorneys and law firms.
Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code § 6450 et seq., a paralegal is not licensed to practice law and may not provide legal services directly to members of the public except as permitted by law. Accordingly:

Gayosso Legal Solutions does not represent clients in court.
Gayosso Legal Solutions does not establish an attorney-client relationship with any individual or entity.
All work performed is under the direction and supervision of a licensed attorney, as required by California law.
Any services provided directly to non-attorneys are strictly limited to permissible clerical, administrative, or self-help document preparation services, and no legal advice or legal strategy is provided.
Unauthorized Practice of Law Notice
Under California Business and Professions Code §§ 6125 and 6126, only active members of the State Bar of California may practice law or provide legal advice.
